Site’s prices are way too low for my comfort. The whole thing seems sketch to me. It claims its transcribers use Sibelius, Dorico, and all and can turn things over in 1-4 hours.
There is no way for transcriptions of audio-music this site does not use AI to at least some extent. It may be its transcribers are proofing AI-work, but clearly to me AI is the big new thing and will probably put me out of business - lol.

The other sketchy aspect is they want samples of work, which is fine except they also want the audio sources. Unfortunately, many of the most-complex transcription-from-audio projects I’ve done have been from sources the music of which has not yet really gone out into the world and for which I would need specific permission to send to anyone at all.
I haven’t used this service but for what it’s worth it says their response time is 1-4 hours, and their turnaround time is a couple of days unless a rush service is requested.
I personally would have no opposition to a service that uses AI to support their process so long as a human edits and reviews the work. That’s the world we live in now, where AI is providing technical assistance but still requires human review, and as long as it’s done well and accurately (and transparently), then I’ve got no issues with that. On their FAQ they do say they don’t use AI (and honestly I don’t know of many good AI tools on the market for music transcription which is quite niche for development), so I don’t know whether or not that is true, but the fact they say they have 40 people globally working for them I think would make a couple day turnaround time feasible, so I don’t think that’s entirely crazy. But also they could be just saying that.
Considering that people will do this kind of thing for even less on websites like Fiverr, while the pricing seems low I don’t think it’s crazy, especially if the employees are living in areas where salaries and cost of living is much lower than US/UK. I’d be curious to hear from anyone who has used this.
They have a very good score on TrustPilot, however who knows how many of those are legit, as it’s possible to fake. I reckon the jury is out…
