Power supply for UR 22mkII USB audio interface

In the “Getting started”- manual for the thing it says

“When turning on the AC power in your audio system, always turn on the power amplifier LAST. When turning the power off, the power amplifier should be turned off FIRST.”

What does that mean? Mine is connected to my PC. Am I to consider the PC a power amp?

No, the power amp is whatever is connected to your main outs on the audio interface, in most cases active monitors or an amplifier with passive monitors.
