I have trying to locate the pre-programmed midi files Steinberg supplies free with Cubase but I cannot. I asked this question previously and the answer (re-install and wait for prompt) was a waste of time.
Can anyone assist me?
Premium product at premium price with the worst - cheapest (non existent) customer service. Total fail Steinberg. This is why I stopped upgrading since 8. NO SUPPORT!
