I would like to keep the Vel. shift full up in my midi modifiers. I have tried in set up saving a preset and also in Load track presets but neither seems to keep the volume full up. Ideally I would to load a midi channel and have velocity volume already set to maximum.Any suggestions would be appreciated.

You could create a project with MIDI track with this settings (or multiple settings you want to use) and save it. Then you can use Import Track From Project function to import this track to your project. Then you can choose if you want to add a new track or overwrite the settings of existing track.
Cheers Martin I do have a project file which Ive set up with all my essentials so putting a few more midi tracks on board wouldn’t be a problem
