Preference folder list for xml's?

I’ve asked this before, and I know somebody sent one, but I can’t find it. I’m looking for a list of what all the preferences are in the preference folder. As an example, I’m trying to find where the plug-in Manager stores it’s user collections

Depends on your OS.

For Windows:
C:\Users[UserName]\AppData\Roaming\Steinberg\Cubase [version number]_64\PluginManager.xml
There’s a link to this folder on the Start menu.
