Will I be able to export Slices of a Sample into individual WAV files using GA4?

Yes. There is an export kit with samples option.

Anyone checking this in 2024, Groove Agent 5, above info does not seem correct. This only exports the loop, not individual samples made from slices…unless I’m doing something wrong.

If you have the full Halion, it does this.

Yeah doesn’t seem to be away to do it within GA. Only way I’ve ever seen it do this is if you start the loop with Sampler Track, and then export it to GA from there. It does in fact chop of your sample into the individual slices, but if you create it in GA it will only save the entire loop.
