I had to reload Windows 8.1 from the ground up. I re-installed Cubase 7.5 and updated to 7.5.2.
I had backed up my User/Name/AppData/Roaming/Steinberg/Cubase 7.5_64 folder from the previous Windows isntall, and copied it to the new installation of windows to C: User/Name/AppData/Roaming/Steinberg/Cubase 7.5_64.
When I go into Cubase, my old saved preferences show up in the dropdown to load, but when I load them I get a “Preset is Invalid” error.
Can someone point me in the right direction where I might be screwing up?
