Presets, 3rd Party, Mediabay - is this correct?

If I want to add all my presets for a 3rd party VSTi to the media bay then:

  1. Build a program list within the VSTi
  2. Export List using “Convert Program list to VST Presets” option

Given that some VSTi’s have several hundred presets, thinking NI here, this could take some time, is this correct or is there another way?

no other way ! & remember you have to “tag” all the presets after in mediabay !
i made it for absynth & fm8 & it was a long long work ! :stuck_out_tongue:
