Presets Unavailable

Hi guys,

I have a full copy of Cubase LE AI Elements 10.5 and am getting the following error message when opening. Any suggestions?

I’ve tried copying the contents of C:/Program Files/Steinberg/Cubase LE AI Elements 10.5/Presets into C:/Users//AppData/Roaming/Steinberg/Cubase LE AI Elements 10.5_64/Presets as was suggested in a previous thread and am still getting the same error.

From your screen capture it isn’t presets that are missing, but licenses. Run your eLicenser control center. Let it do its maintenance. When it completes, check your licenses.
