Hi all, does anyone have any experiance/comments on the PreSonus FaderPort. I am thinking of getting one to use with Cubase 6. The remote transport bar and fader look like something I can make use of and I am tight for space. I know they’ve been about for few years now but I never hear anyone raving about them?

As long as you only want to use the fader for Volume automation, they work well.

Hi DG, thanks for the responce. Do you have one? What is the Transport Bar like? Is there any lag in responce? Pretty much I want it for a ‘hands on’ control for recording the odd bit of audio on to mainly midi or loop tracks.
What’s your thoughts?

Yes, I have one. Start and stop of transport is pretty quick. However, Read and Write buttons are quite laggy. If you are just using it for start stop and record, have you thought about Frontier Tranzport?

Hi, I’d never heard of it till now? I’ve had a quick check and it seems it has been discontinued. Do you find the Faderort usefull?
