PreSonus Quantum monitoring setup with Cubase 10

I’m thinking of getting PreSonus Quantum to use with Cubase 10.
do any of you cubase 10 users use it with cubase 10 ?
how do you set it up so you always hear the input channels ?

I was suprised that it doesnt have onboard DSP thats why I’m concerened,
becuase all the previous interfaces I had all had onboard DSP

I guess my question is: how do I set monitoring in cubase so I would always hear the inputs of the interface no matter if track is armed, recording or muted in cubase ?
