Proper audio engine: Gapless Audio!

I’ve always stopped playback when doing anything like inserting plugins etc. It’s such a baked in workflow for me after 25 years it would take me a while to get used to NOT doing this if the gapless engine was introduced. i always thought it was a good working practice to stop playback when doing this anyway. M
