Prevent Cubase on startup searching for libraries?

Is there a way to prevent Cubase from starting up and searching for its own libraries?

I’m often wanting to open the program without it being connected to my external drive which has these libraries.

There’s not a native-to-Cubase way to do that afaik. You can hold down the esc key to get through them faster though, at least here on Windows.

Ooh, that’s a thought. I’ll give that a try on MAC.
Thanks very much.

By the way, “esc” works a treat. On Mac too.
Brilliant.
Thanks so much.

Thanks for the tip, Steve. Do you know what is skipped when doing that?

I presume it is equal to hitting the cancel button
