When I have an instruments opened I cant’t use the transport shortcuts anymore.
OS X thinks I’d like to trigger something in the instrument window.
Where can this be changed? - Thanx!

Oh, I’d love shortcuts to work at all times… Can’t really see why they don’t cause most are not used for anything else. But I don’t think there’s a way round the behaviour right now.

It depends on the instrument, I think.
Steinberg products are OK. Native Instruments products are OK. EastWest products are OK. Vienna Symphonic Products are OK.
But I have this problem with SSL plug-ins. That’s righ. This is the reason, why I think, this is on the plug-in side.
