Happy owner of 8.5, works really great. However this problem stills persist since the introduction of ASIO Guard.
Basically the instruments you preview in Mediabay sound with the added latency of the ASIO Guard setting. With no ASIO Guard they sound in real time, but with Normal or High settings they can sound very delayed, which is really a problem if you try to play them along the music.
