Prg freeze when edit chords and make them default

This problem has been reported in another thread, here:

If I edit a chord symbol in Project Default Appearances and Save as Default, I get a freeze, not a crash. The spinning beachball and I am unable to create a Diagnostic Report. That said, it does still save the custom chord symbol as default in the project.

As yet I’m not sure of the cause. Please refer to the existing thread for more information.
