Welcome to the Forum.
Unfortunately there is no way to upgrade the free SpectraLayer One, that is included in Cubase, to SpectraLayer Pro. You need to buy the full license.

That being said, there’s now a 40% off on SpectraLayers Pro 11 during the Cyber Deals, so that’s a very good time to go to Pro
