Primary parameter increase KC Not working in Elements8

Hi All

Can anyone else confirm that the Key Command for Primary parameter increase (and the Dec and fine commands) are not working in Elements8 (Secondary commands DO work) . I have 2 copies of E8 on separate machines and neither seem to work, I can confirm that the KC DOES work in C8 Pro on my Studio machine. It is important as its a command I need for live work.
