I have created 16 flows in a project for my four-beat musical examples.
When I make a specific selection, however, not only the selected flows are printed, but all of those on the page. What do I need to do to make it work in Dorico 6.1?

Perhaps you could upload some screenshots of what you’re selecting?
Dorico does not hide other flows on the page. It just prints the pages that have the Flows that you have selected.
If you want one one Flow on a page, you’ll have to create a Layout with only the Flows you want; or just export a PDF and delete the bits you don’t want in a vector editor, like Inkscape, Affinity Designer, or Adobe Illustrator.
