I was interested in the purchase of this upgrade Intro Offer Discount and was wondering if there were any other Intel Celeron Users here?

64 Bit Windows 8.1
I have been using Elements 7 with no issues at all, or at least that I have noticed. I know this is a bit below the Min Requirements, so was just seeking any thoughts or ideas out there. 
Unfortunately a new computer is not in the budget for a while, or at least until I produce my first Multi-Platinum album. LOL
