Pro instruments Bundle access problem in Cubase14

Good day.

I just purchased and downloaded the Pro Instruments Bundle through Steinberg Download Manager. However, when using Mediabay in Cubase, the samples are not accessible (see attached picture).

Problem solved.
(I missed the activation step.)

I, too, am having issues with this. I have no idea if I missed the activation step because I didn’t see where this was supposed to take place.

Hi, activation is needed.

Sometimes, I find that the Steinberg Download Manager sometimes installs the files in a wrong directory and then Cubase does no recognise the bundle.

To check and overcome this, open the Steinberg Library Manager, under Cubase/Nuendo and find Pro Instruments Bundle. Look at the Details. My installation installed it into the Groove Agent Content folder. I then selected MOVE and

moved the bundle into /Library/Application Support/Steinberg/Content/VST Sound/

Then this bundle can be found in Media Bay and the right zone of the project window.

Hi, I see you also only have 1 sound setpack in mediabay file browser 1 directorie called " Pro instrument bundle" ?
I hoped to get alle different sound sets as different ‘pictograms’ or directories same as the Pro drum bundle. Because I have for example Pop Guitar 1 and 2.

Now if you want to select for example blues guitar, there isn’t a dedicated folder in file browsers.
Is it with youre file browser same?

You just need to activate the product through the Steinberg Activation Manager application.

Hi, as you saw in the right zone Loops & Samples there is only 1 picture. But when you go into Media Bay, each instrument has a separate folder for style, key and tempo.

Maybe Gregg Ondo’s Live Stream explains how you can take folders and may a instrument sample group in the right zone Loops & Samples. The link to an index to all his live streams is below.

Got it sorted, thank you.
