Pro Sounds Effects Library, where?

Am I correct that N7 comes with a 1.5Gb soundeffects collection by Pro Sounds? And if so, where can I find it? I read it in multiple reviews and descriptions but I can’t seem to find it on my system. When I click the “Pro Sounds Effects Library” in the Steinberg Hub menu it just takes me to their website with the option to download 5 free SFX.

Do I have to download it somewhere?

UPDATE: I found it on my (old) N6 installer DVD. Can anybody tell me if this is the same library that comes with N7?
