Hello! I just bought a Steinberg ur22 mk2 but I’m having some problems creating the account on the Steinberg page. I want it to activate the Cubase AI. But I never receive the email to confirm the account, even tho I tried several times and it shows “Activation email sent successfully”.

Are you using gmail? Try looking for the email in the Promotions tab or the spam folder.
I got the UR22 for some years ago, but I did not use until now. A gift from my wife. I’ve tried to activate my account, we do not have an activation code, nor written on paper or on an e-mail.
How can we get this activation code, so I could use the cubase software?
