I have reinstalled Widows XP and Cubase AI4. I have entered New Soft-eLicenser Number and old Activation Code, wich has received from Steinberg. Without having received the answer, I have waited some minutes and have repeatedly entered a New Soft-eLicenser Number and old Activation Code. Later I have received the message “incorrect New Soft-eLicenser Number…”. Please, help me. What do I do?
