Problem creating a tempo

I’m trying to enter Meno Mosso q=70. The q=70 doesn’t show. It works if I enter Meno q=70.

Dorico doesn’t allow relative tempo marks to also show metronome marks. The workaround is to enter q=70, then add Meno Mosso in the “Text” property in the bottom panel.
