I adjust vocal intonation in VariAudio. I save the changes (Save project) and when I play the project later, some changes are not saved and I have to make the adjustments again. It’s very frustrating because I have to make some changes over and over before everything saves properly. What could be wrong? I have Cubase 12.

You can try to reinstall Cubase. If you are on Windows, install it as administrator, please.
I’m already sick of it. I reinstalled Cubase (as Administrator) but that didn’t help. I thought of exporting the vocal track, creating a new project, importing the vocal track and mixed background and editing the vocal here. Everything without problem, VariAudio changes saved!!! I’ve already spent 3 hours on this, but at least I found a workaround.
