Problem loading cubase

Hello,
while loading cubase pro 10.5 there is a message :
“please wait while windows configures yamaha steinberg usb driver”
(I have UR-242)
and then :
“Throw ReqOpenKeyE(candidateKey) in copyEstimatedSize()”

nothing happens by pressing OK…
This began yesterday…
can you help please ?

Hi,

Download the latest UR-242 driver (Tools) in install it as administrator, please. Then start Cubase.

The problem started when windows updated to 2004 version…
