So, for a cool vocal effect, I’m trying to process a pitch shift from Cubase’s stock plugin onto a vocal.
When it was done processing, I played it and it seemed off tempo a bit. I played my metronome and zoomed into the waveform to do a before processing of pitch shift, and after.
Surely enough, after processing the pitch shift, the wave form has moved a little causing it to be off tempo from Cubase metronome by a hair.
I have the automatic time correction checked off already. What could be causing this problem? I don’t have any plugins on my inserts or sends at all as this is a project I just finished.
