I made a demo of Dorico to a friend on Sibelius but can’t achieve the paiement of the cross grade: he create an account to login but after the session can’t open?! Some infos?
You have to create a Steinberg Shop account and submit Crossgrade Validation there, then you have to wait for them to review it and send a link to buy if it is approved.
