I try to open Cubase Elements 7 trial version I installed today but in vain…
I have properly installed and activated version 5 LE. I know that is possible use two versions, so it shouldn’t be a problem. Nevertheless, after installation I restarted my computer (PC) and try to open Cubase El7 but I have this information all the time:
“Application ‘Cubase LE / AI / Elements’ has caused the following error:
Unknown GetInfo command received:”
When I try to close it, I receive the next one:
“No valid License found. The program will quit now.”
I read that CEL7 doesn’t need to be activated in trial version.
Could you help me?
