problem trying to submit a support request in MySteinberg

I have a My Steinberg account and have submitted for help in the past.

my cubase pro 8.5 was registered in Feb 2016 and my account page says it is still active and registered

program and elicenser appear working fine

I’m on the submission page and under the field “(choose) registered product” the field is impossible to change or input, thus making it impossible to submit a request. all i see is a “check” mark.

Please help me request, help, LOL
