I have a problem with a one of my interfaces, exactly with Steinberg UR 22mkII, when i bought the interface I plug in the computer, I made the setup in Smaart v8 and works awesome, but when i unplugged and plug it again all my setup disappear & appear like a new interface! Everytime when I plugin my interface I have to make my setup again, Im running at OS X 10.11.6 and I’ve installed the last driver and firmware!
Is there any solution for that?

Pretty sure that’s not the same issue. Make sure you have the latest driver and firmware installed:

im using fresh install of windows 10,after the win update that hapens ,al drivers and firmware up to date,laptop used acer e5-521 ,
