Problem using Zoom R16 with Launchkey Mini Mk3

I successfully used Zoom R16 with Cubase 12 Pro. I then added Launchkey Mini Mk3 on it’s own which worked fine. However, when I went back to using Zoom R16 on it’s own some of the slider controls no longer work. Any help would be gratefully appreciated.

What do you mean by “using”, please? Do you mean using as a DAW controller or something different?

Do you use it as Mackie Control or other type of Remote Control?

Hi Martin, thank you for getting back to me. I got myself into a complete mess so I’ve reinstalled the program. So far I’ve been able to add the Zoom R16 as a DAW using the Mackie Control. Later today I will try to add the Launchkey Mini Mk3, however, when I tried to add that previously the Launchkey was OK but the Zoom R16 sliders didn’t work.
