When I change from Iconica Sketch instruments to HSO instruments, it makes any notes under a slur have a upper neighbor. So playback sounds terrible. I have no Idea how to fix this.

How did you do this?
The simple way is to apply an HSO Playback Template. (Play>Playback Template…)
If you did this and still have problem, we’d probably need to see (a cut down version of) your project.
I manually picked the instruments by clicking “e” in the routing. then pick the instrument in HALion Sonic 7, like Flute combi, Clarinet combi… ect. It seems to only be doing it on the Flute and Clarinets but when I erase the slur, it fixes it. This is an import from Finale through XML, but I had it working with other instruments I just like these sounds better.
That’s the unreliable route, and you must ensure you also set the correct expression map for each HSO instrument. Much simpler is to apply a Playback Template.
