I have a general problem with Copy and Paste when there are triplets involved. What comes out is a jumbled mess. Sometimes if I go one bar at a time it works, but not always. In this case I need to be able to move 16 bars to 3 other voices on my score. It doesn’t seem to matter whether it is an original, or an mxl from Finale, or Musescore.
You have to make sure the tuplets are selected also. If you have any hidden tuplet numbers, turn on View→Signposts, and copy the signposts also. Or use the System track to select everything.

I have the whole bar marked ,including triplets and dynamics ect. Sometimes it works, and sometimes it doesn’t.
Can you upload a project file in which it doesn’t work for you?

The mxl file was corrupted. I made a new file and it works now.
