Good morning
I recently got a DAW Cubase 12 Elements (original) and I have a big problem. I connect the Arturia KeyLab Essential 61 keyboard to the computer with a USB cable. The drivers are installed correctly. The settings are made according to Arturia’s recommendations. The Transport section on the keyboard (start, stop, record, rewind, knobs, etc.) works fine. Unfortunately, the keyboard does not work. When I press keys, there is no sound from either VST instruments or external instruments. When I click the mouse on the on-screen keyboard there is a sound. I will add that in another DAW the keyboard works fine. Please help.
