Problem with Cubase 13pro verification

Dear community, I am writing with tremendous frustration to request help with a problem that is occurring with Cubase 13 pro license verification.

I have been trying to verify this activation that I bought in September for a long time but “pending verification” continues to appear and unfortunately it expires on January 8, 2025. I have already exhausted all possible resources without success, which is why I am on this forum today asking for help.

I cannot verify the activation of my Cubase 13pro because “There is no upgradeable license in the eLicenser” anI have everything officially purchased there without problem. In that eLicenser there is a Cubase 11pro license (upgraded to Cubase 12) working without any problem but no upgradeable license appears when trying to verify the 13pro license. I don’t want to be a user who can’t activate a program that I bought because it expires on January 8th…

This normally happens when you try to apply an update which doesn’t match the exact version it is looking for. What is the update you purchased? Was it an update from 11, or an update from 12?

The previous license for Cubase Pro 11 was grace period eligible and you have already received a Cubase Pro 14 license which is actively used.
This is why the Cubase Pro 13 update cannot be completed anymore.
Unfortunately, the Cubase Pro 13 update was purchased in September and the code has already been redeemed. I’ll send a private message with the details.
