I am using Tri-capture UA-33 with Cubase Elements 8 on Windows 10 x64.
When I install the tri-capture and Cubase, everything seems to work. After a few days cubase reports that the tri-capture is not connected.
After removing the tri-capture USB cable Windows reported an error; A serious problem has occurred.
I tried to download the windows 10 driver for the tri-capture, but that only contains textfiles.
The tri-capture is connected to my laptop (HP Pavilion g6). I tried all of the USB ports. It should be USB 2.0 ports.
What are possible sollutions for me to resolve my problem?
