Basic Question, I’m sure: I always use basic minutes and seconds on the time ruler. While trying to find access to Time Stretch settings (algorithms, etc), I accidently check the “Bars+Beats” box – which of course is now system-wide. Now I cannot UNCHECK it. In the pulldown to the right of the ruler, the Bars+Beats box is check – but it can’t be unchecked)> (also, I’ve never figured out how to access to the Time Stretch settings.) Thanks for any help.

Ok. To change between Seconds and Bar & Beats, use the period key. “.”
Where is this?
You can select an audio event, and then the algorithm used will be shown in the Info Line. If it’s not there, it’s possible that there’s too much stuff that the info line has to show, so right click somewhere on it and uncheck some fields you can do without, and make sure that the time stretch algorithm is checked.
