problem with dorico

Hi, I’m an italian user. I buyed dorico 2.2 elements and I have some problems:

  1. sometimes dorico doesn’t works. I have to switch off the pc and turn on it again waiting dorico runs;
  2. when i use dorico, I can’t use you tube.
    Please, help me.
