Hello, recently i bought a new ssd for my windows computer. I installed windows again and when i reinstalled the cubase 14 app there is an error and it doesnt open
The error says that the app cannot launch because the api-ms-win-core-console-|1-2-0.d|| file is missing from my comptuter
Does anyone know what might be the problem?

Probably you just need to install MS Visual C++ Redistributable
I did but nothing changed

This is a very unusual error message. I doubt it has anything to do with licensing.
Which version of Windows did you install?
Its windows 10 version 22h2
Can you make a screenshot of the error message? If the Cubase splash screen is still visible at that time, try to include that on the screenshot as well, please.
there’s no cubase screen opening only this error message.
the translation of the message is : the app couldnt start properly (0xc0000022)click ok to close the app
Now the error message changed haha
I would recommend to run SFC from the Windows operating system. It will scan the OS for problems.
Kindly google how to use SFC exactly.
