I bought hardware with Wavelab 9 and have a problem with activation. I received the activation code but when I enter it to the eLicenser I am receiving an error:
Currently, there is no eLicenser connected to your computer which you can download your license to. Please connect an appropriate USB-eLicenser to your computer. In case you do not have any USB-eLicensers available and want to download the license to a so-called “Soft-eLicenser”, please contact the software vendor of your product, to learn how to create a Soft-eLicenser on your computer system.
I was reading the FAQ and concluded that I need to install the eLC Installation Helper for Mac OS X 10.9 or later, but it cannot run on my computer. An error message says: “eLC Installation Helper.app” cannot be opened because the developer cannot be verified.
Very frustrating. Any idea how to solve the issue?
