PROBLEM WITH ELICENSER

Hi guys,
I need fast help.
I bought Cubase Pro 10. Went to Steinberg and download Cubase.

When I start Cubase, I need activate it.
When I start Elicenser, computere can’t search my connected Flash disk (licenser from original Cubase)

PC: i5 7700 / GT 1030 / 8 gb DDR4
Updated drivers. Last update today. E-licenser latest version

WHEN I CONNECT ELICENSER ON MY Mac OS ALREADY IS FINE!!!

So I knew dat flash disk is OK. Problem will be in my PC.

HAVE U SOMEONE ANY IDEA OR FIX ???

Could you try to connect the USB-eLicenser to other USB port? Is it USB 3 port? Try to connect to USB 2, please.

I tried other Usb ports… But haven’t good news :confused: Its same… Still not working

Are these USB 2 or USB 3 ports?

I tried both.

I will try uninstall all usb drivers. And download the newest. Or idk…

I had similar problems and had to delete a file with the .sel extender
