I have been using Cubase elements 14 for the last 18 months with success, until last week. I created some MIDI and audio tracks successfully but when I flattened these to export them. Only 80% of the audio track was evident. This of course was not lost. Why is this happening.

What do you mean flattened them?
After using the arranger, arranging evets/tracks to create the song… I flatten the said song to give me an item to export

Thanks as well. I haven’t really used the arranger track this way as the music I do doesn’t lend itself set sections.
