# Problem with importing video file

I’m using Cubase Pro 9 and can’t import video file (Windows 10). There is no error while dragging or importing manually - video just does not appear in cubase at all. Tried MOV, AVI and MP4 format with H.264 - MPEG-4 AVC codec. Would really appreciate some help!

Hi. I am having the same problem trying to import video michalw. I’ve converted to multiple formats and still importing causes nothing to happen. Can you share how you overcame this issue please?
