I have recently payed of my cubase 12 pro “rent to own” through splice but the software can´t seem to find my license. If i look at my splice account, i can see that i own it but when i check among steinbergs products, i can´t see it at all. Only two old trial versions. Where can i find my product and fetch my license? Anyone else that have the same problem?
I don’t use Slice, but I presume you have to associate your Steinberg account with the splice account, and they might not be the same email address.
I imagine you might have a second account at Steinberg.
I asked if you would post a screen from the Activation Manager, but this is not what you sent. It would be informative if you did.
I do see one odd thing – you own Cubase 12, but the license shown in the SAM is Cubase 14. That is not present in the Steinberg Account whose screen you showed.
If you’re certain you didn’t create a second Steinberg account, I think you’ll have to get in touch with Splice for this.
I blurred the email address in your pic, this is a public forum after all
Thanks for replying and trying to help. I think i have to contact Splice for this. Contacted steinberg support five day ago without any respons. That´s why i tried it here.
My suspicion is that it has to do with the canceling of cubase 14.
I concur
