I have been using Cubase for 20 years. Now there is a problem with some VST instruments. I have been working with them for a long time and suddenly there has been a problem: some VST instruments do not work. Yesterday it was no problem, but today there was a message: No Valid License Found. I installed these instruments again and are activated in Library Manager. But if I want to use them in Cubase, it reports to me: No Valid licenses. I’m tired of it anymore, it’s not the first problem of this type.

I already solved it: I unplugged the dongle, plugged it back in, and now it works. Interesting!
