Problem with "Midi Insert"

Hi friends, I tell us my problem.

when I insert an instrument like “Arpache Sx” into the MIDI insert and use a Steinberg factory preset, if I reopen the newly saved project, the instrument appears in the “MIDI insert” section, but I can’t see the loaded factory preset, much less hear its effect.
Can you help me to resolve this annoying issue? I’ve formatted my Mac and installed Cubase, but the problem persists.

Hey, Arpache Sx isn’t an instrument, so it doesn’t make any sound. If you want to hear the effect, you need to have the track routed to a VST instrument.

MIDI Inserts just modify MIDI, or create MIDI (Beat Designer, Step Designer) on a MIDI track.

I checked it in my Cubase pro 15.0.30 on Windows.
The preset gets recalled correctly on my computer.
However, Cubase does not show the last selected preset in the preset box.

That is a behaviour in other areas of Cubase as well. But soundwise all is recalled correctly.
