Problem with mySteinberg

Hello, I’m having the difficulties with mySteinberg. When I try to send the ticket for the support, I’m getting the note that some of my e-mail addresses are not verified. When I click the link to verified it, windows open with my valid e-mail address in it, but the note there said that the verification link was send on my old e-mail address which is not active. I don’t know from where this occured because I’m registered with my valid e-mail and the system here at the forum recognized it as well. I’m blocked, cannot opet my requests or send the support message. Very strange because I did it last time this year in April, and nothing has changed in the meantime.
