Problem with note grouping

Hi everybody. I discovered a problem with note-grouping in a 6/8.

As you see is in the second bar the notation right for me. The first bar has 2 16th tied over the beat boundary. I should like it to have the same notation as in de second bar. When I move away the C on the 4th beat in the 2th bar, the notation changes in the same way as the first bar. The syncopation tool in note-grouping does not work here. I hope there is a solution for this. Thank you in advance.

Select both chords, then hit the sequence o 4 5.
o is the letter O (for “Lock duration”).

Or maybe use a time signature of [3+3]/6? Not at my computer right now to check if it works…
